So, it is weekend. I had a great time with my girlfriend and my friend. Friday party, saturday another meeting with my friends.
Okay. Saturday, I could try neoprene suits with my girlfriend together with her triathlon group.
This makes swimming fast really easy.
BUT a great time with your friends means lots of calories. My scale noticed that.
So there is no use talking about thermogenesis and so on when you forget this at the weekend.
Today, I am going to run for at least 10 kilometers. 20 would be great.
After my time in the gym, I have a little muscle ache. This is good, because this means, the muscles grow a bit and burn calories even during the sleep.
Okay, I managed to run nearly 20 Kilometers with a heart rate of about 145 BPM.
Ideal for burning fat! Now it's time for a relaxed afternoon!
