Gestern war ich nochmal 40 Minuten laufen. Das ganze mit ein paar Steigerungen.
Das soll die Muskeln fit machen. Kein Problem.
Heute morgen hat die Marathon-Expo auf dem Heiligengeistfeld geöffnet. Da werden die Startnummern ausgegeben.
Startnummer abgeholt: Check
Kleiner Tipp: es gibt einen kostenpflichtigen Dienst, der euch die zwischenzeiten eurer liebsten für läppische
4 € aufs Handy ballert.
Finisher Shirt abgeholt: Check (die Tüte bleibt zu, da bin ich abergläubisch)
Und ab geht's zu den ganzen bunten Ständen:
Da meine Kompressionsshorts etwas unbequem ist (ich muss dringend weiter abspecken), habe ich mir eine bequemere besorgt ( merkwürdigerweise eine Nummer kleiner, nur ne andere Marke).
Demit steht mein Outfit für Sonntag so ziemlich fest:

Im Startnummernbeutel war sogar ein kleiner Schwamm, den man sich zur Abkühlung unter das Schweißband klemmen kann:
Ich konnte sogar meinen Startblock von K (4:30 - 4:45) auf I (4:15 - 4:30) ändern.
Für Zuschauer empfehle ich die Gegend Wallringtunnel bis An der Alster. Freunde kann man da einmal am Wallringtunnel und direkt danach am Atlantik sehen. Ist in etwa so, wie ein Bühnenwechsel beim Hurricane-Festival.
Also, es bleibt spannend!

Yesterday I was again run 40 minutes. The whole thing with a few improvements.
This should make the muscles fit. No problem.
This morning, the Marathon Expo is open to the Holy Spirit field. Since the start numbers will be issued.
Race number pick up: Check
A little tip: there is a fee-based service that you prefer for the split times of your silly
€ 4 shoots to your mobile.
Finisher shirt picked up: check (the bag remains closed, because I'm superstitious)
And as you can see all the colorful booths:
As my compression shorts is a bit uncomfortable (I have to slim down much further), I have worried me a more comfortable (oddly enough, a number of small, only ne other brand).
Demit is my outfit for Sunday quite as hard:
Was the starting number may even bag a little sponge, the jam to cool themselves under the sweatband:
I could even start my block of K (4:30 to 4:45) to I (4:15 to 4:30) change.
I recommend the area for spectators Wallringtunnel to An der Alster. Friends can be there once a Wallringtunnel and then look directly on the Atlantic. Is something like this, like a dramatic change in the Hurricane Festival.
So, it remains exciting!
